How referrals work
Four simple steps. No forms, no complex rules. Just make the introduction and we handle the rest.
Make the introduction
Connect us with a business you know that is struggling with CRM, by email, LinkedIn or a direct introduction. A brief note about their situation is helpful but not required.
We follow up
CRM Insights will reach out, run a CRM Scorecard or fit call, and assess whether we can help. You'll be kept updated throughout.
They become a client
If the business engages CRM Insights for paid work, you earn your reward. We track this transparently and pay promptly.
You get paid
10% of the first year's revenue from that client, up to £1,000. Paid within 30 days of the client's first invoice.

Who CRM Insights is best placed to help
The referral is most likely to result in a reward if the business fits the profile CRM Insights works best with. Not every lead will become a client, but transparency is built into the process.
- B2B businesses with 10–250 employees
- Companies using spreadsheets, Access databases or a poorly-adopted CRM
- Teams that have outgrown their current system or process
- Organisations going through growth, acquisition or change
- Professional services, manufacturing, trade bodies and distribution businesses

Common questions
Do I need to be a client to refer?
No. Anyone can refer a business, clients, contacts, partners or simply people who know someone that could benefit from better CRM.
When do I get paid?
Within 30 days of the referred client's first invoice. CRM Insights will notify you when that happens and arrange payment.
What if they don't become a client?
No reward is paid if the business doesn't engage CRM Insights for paid work. But you'll be kept updated on where the conversation goes.
How do I make a referral?
Email hello@crminsights.co.uk with the business name and contact details, or make a direct email introduction copying us in.
